Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Whey protein, vanilla, 75%, no bad additives
- 2 large Banana
- 11 tablespoon Cottage cheese, natural, 0.1% fat
- 2 gram Vanilla, ground
- 5 teaspoon Allulose (sugar substitute)
Instructions
Peel the bananas and break them into pieces. For best results, you can freeze the banana pieces for 1-2 hours before blending.
Add banana pieces, cottage cheese, vanilla-flavored protein powder, allulose, and ground vanilla to the blender.
Blend all ingredients at high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, silky, and creamy. If necessary, scrape down the sides with a spatula in between blending.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or mold.
Place the container in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir the ice cream every 45 minutes to prevent the formation of large ice crystals and achieve an extra creamy result.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving to soften. Enjoy immediately!
